The laboratory has developed instant green leafy vegetable dhal curry mixes based on spinach, fenugreek, shepu, drumstik leaves etc., which cooks within 5 minutes in boiling water and retains maximum colour, vitamins and minerals. The products meet stringent standard of hygiene, microbial quality and has storage stability of more than 12 months under ambient conditons.
