Vermicelli Upma Mix
Introduction
The mix is prepared from vermicelli, Bengal gram dal, curry leaves with added spices and condiments as well as vegetable fat. It is very tasty and flavoursome and can be used as snack during breakfast or with evening tea. It needs to be reconstituted by simmering in hot water for 5-6 minutes before serving.
