Dehydrated Mutton Pulav
Introduction
This highly nutritious product is prepared from rice, bite size chunks of mutton pieces, spices and condiments to exude characteristic flavour and vegetable fat. The process of manufacture is fairly simple with hot air dehydration as the major technology regime that the product encompasses. Highly flavour some and tasty pulav can be served warm within 8 months of its reconstitution by simmering in hot water.
