Introduction

Relaxing drink, Curd cereal drink Electrolyte orange, Electrolyte apple, Appetizing drink, Ragi drink, Tender coconut water Ashgourd juice, Cucumber juice, Ashgourd- pudina juice, Spiced drink were processed and packed aseptically in tetra pack. Because of less thermal treatment and six layer laminate packing materials, these products retain better nutrients and flavour and has shelf life of 10 months under ambient condition.
