Meat (Mutton & Chicken)

Introduction

These are large chunks of boneless meat, either from goat/sheep or hen (Chicken), light in weight and available with or without garnishing of spices and oil hydro. The product reconstitutes in just a few minutes on addition of hot water. The spiced form delivers a ready-to-eat mutton or chicken curry on reconstitution.
