Introduction

A nutritionally adequate blend of cereals and legumes is the main feature of this convenience food mix. The product is prepared from rice, pulses, oil hydro with adequate spices and condiments. This nutritionally balanced and wholesome convenience mix remains stable under ambient conditions. A reconstitution time of about 7-8 minutes in boiling water is adequate.
