Introduction

Rava Idli's are popular item of snack at breakfast as well as other times. The product is especially liked for its characteristic taste besides soft and fluffy texture. The product is prepared from semolina with or without vegetables.

Although its method of preparation is quite cumbersome, in order to provide convenience to consumers, the Laboratory has developed a ready-to-cook formulation which has all the essential ingredients akin to rava idli's.
