Several convenience mixes viz., Spiced chakota dhal mix, Spiced methi dhal mix, Instant bisebele bhath mix, Tam rice mix, Urd rice mix and Green gram dhal beaten rice mix were developed which are nutritious, flavorful and can be reconstituted within minutes by addition of hot water.
