Introduction
This delicious non-vegetarian food has been developed from rice, deboned chicken, spices and condiments and an optimum amount of vegetable fat. Simmering the product in hot water for a few minutes is sufficient to serve out tasty and flavoursome chicken pulav. The product scores very high on the acceptability scale.
