Appetizers

Introduction

Pepper based appetizers viz., pepper munch, lemon munch, chakota soup mix, spice drink mix, spiced tomato soup mix and ginger based appetizers viz., ginger munch, fruit munch, jeera munch and appetizing mix were developed, which influence the appetite by increasing the saliva secretion and also improving the gastric response as well as the hormonal stimulation. Appetizing mix and soup mix on reconstitution in hot water give appetizer drinks. Munches are ready to eat tasty products.
