Process for production of white stoneware crockery, decorative items, electric kit-kat etc

 

Application:

Domestic use and electrical appliances.

 

Feature:

The process consists of grinding of quartz and feldspar in a ball mill. The slurry is mixed with clay, sieved, filter pressed and deflocculated. Items are fabricated by slip casting in plaster of paris moulds. The cast pieces are finished and dried. The articles are single fired at temp. 1150o-1250oC and glaze finished. This process provides better quality with low production cost and less rejections.
