Salient Features of Process/Technology

It is based on rapid multiple dilution technique for estimation of faecal coliforms by MPN method. Within 12 hour, faecal coliforms change colour of the medium from blue green to yellow. The instrument weight 15 kg and has overall dimensions of 34x25x46cm including an incubator measuring 16x22x30cm.
