Quick Test Kit for Quality Check of Processed Foods

Introduction

The quality of processed foods is generally evaluated as per the specifications of PFA, BIS etc., and the limits are specified for various physico-chemical and deterioration indicating parameters. But the quality of the products can be checked quickly by using the test kit which is dependent on the colour change with the sample.

Quick test kit is based on-indicator test solution and with the sample, it forms different shades of colour from dark blue to light blue to green to yellow which helps to determine the quality of the product. This kit can be used for evalutation of milk products, refined vegetable oils, cereal products meat & fish products and serve handy for screening of food samples.
