Technology Description

XT400 is a shop floor CMM with application of precision LM guides on high accuracy granite guides. The machine is fully CNC with 5 axis measuring capability and advanced CAD based evaluation software.

Completely designed through In house R&D efforts XT400 for use in a modern CNC machining cell. Patented scale mounting on carbon fiber enables significant operating range for the shop floor. Corrective feedback to the CNC controller is possible. 5 axis continuous positing for probing any intricate position on the part and perform high speed high accuracy measurements in CNC mode. CAD based measurement software enable a very quick evaluation and multisensory technology allows quick detection of internal thread damages using ED current sensor technology.
