Biodegradable Packaging Materialc
Introduction
Biological packaging are - as the name suggests - biologically decomposable products consisting of agricultural raw materials produced from industrial starch. The product is suitable for industrial production of large quantities and can replace traditional types of packaging. It is sturdy, suited for micro waving and freezing, and can also be stored for virtually unlimited periods. The one difference is that it completely degrades after use - within a few weeks. It is made of biological raw materials, which are renewable and produced in excess worldwide (starch). The raw material starch is extracted from fast growing plants by means of simple procedures. The material decomposes (e.g. if exposed to lasting rain) and is decompounded biologically by 100%. It does not contain any ingredients, which are not subject to biological decomposition. It contributes to a dramatic reduction of the garbage volume. No petrol chemical raw materials are used. Thus the decreasing crude oil reso
