Chrome-Plating Waste Water Treatment

Home » Technology » New Technologies » Energy Technologies » Chrome-Plating Waste Water Treatment

Introduction

The technology uses acid luminous Cu to replace cyanide used in traditional copper-plating process and prevents the pollution of cyanide. It also uses luminous Ni-Fe, luminous Ni and may save 10-20% of Ni, an advanced active technology to strengthen, cyanide used in the combining force between plating layers, and uses waste active matter to treat the chrome plating waste water, and prevent electroplating pollution. Technical specifications are CASS test : 24th; Combining strength = 12%; Smooth finish; 590-606; Thickness of plating layers; Cu 15, Ni-Fe 14, Cr 0.5; (Cr8+) in the discharged waste water: 0.5 mg/L.
