Salient Features of Process/Technology

This machine enables all the basic brick moulding operations to be carried out simultaneously-filling the mould, compressing the solid and ejecting the finished block. The very high compaction pressure produces extremely dense, durable and strong bricks. Their smooth surface finish and density facilitates walling without much need for external rendering. Different brick sizes can be obtained by changing moulds.
