Process for making nappa leather from skin of wool sheep and hair sheep.

 

Application:

For leather garments, gloves, ladies hand bags and leather ties.

 

Feature:

The skin is limed using enzyme, degreased, pickled and processed with acid stable fatliquors and chrome syntan. Use of soft resin binders incorporates the property of cold crack resistance. The leather is finally given proper top coat. Beam house operations using enzymes and recovery of chrome and its reuse during chrome tanning are special features of this environment friendly technology.
