Process for making milled grain side leather from buffalo hides.

 

Application:

For travel goods, ladies hand bags, uppers etc

 

Feature:

The process consists of liming of hide to open up the fibrous structure; lime splitting; special treatment for milled grain chrome tanning effect with minimum chrome; levelling of substance treating with chrome syntan; application of fatliquors and dyes to achieve proper lubrication and light fastness properties; finishing with binders; dry milling.
