Application:

Making various leather products e.g. footwear, leather garments and leather goods by small scale tanners

 

Feature:

The process involves shaving to required thickness, post tanning wet operations like neutralisation, retanning, dyeing and fatliquoring, sammying, setting, drying & conditioning, staking, buffing, dusting and finishing. It requires 40 kL water and 450 kWh power/day.
