Removal of serosa layer from caecum, salting the material, followed by preservation in a freezer. Then serosa membrane treatment with non-ionic wetting agents solution at 37 degree C.Treatment with alkali at ambient temperature, washing with water, enzyme treatment at 20 degrees C.
