Introduction

Regenerate Bonded Leather processing uses waste hides and skins of such animals as cattle, goatsand horses from tanney leather processing plants. Leather products are an international commodity and provide the basis for a valuable and traditionally intensive industry. the regenerate bonded leather plant usually produces bad odors and pollution. It should be located close to a river to ensure plentiful water supply for processing and effluent disposal. the plant investment can be based on labor-intensiveness and low capital investment, or oncapital-intensiveness and lower labor suply, depending on the management direction of the plant. The developing nations of Asia, Africa and Latin America are raising more animals and are exporting mostly raw hides, skins and leather to other parts of the world. The leather industry is still a craft industry in the initial stage of development in development in developing countries. Modern technoogy will enable these nationals to make full use of their animal resources to meet their own internal demands. Low labor costs and high animal resources are the main advangates for these nations to develop leather industries. Therefore, the leather industr should have great development potential in these nations. In particular, there is much potential for regenerate bonded elather industries.
