Stuffed Parathas

Introduction

Stuffed paratha such a potato stuffed paratha and sweet stuffed paratha are highly relished food items of Indian dietary. These products are highly perishable and their preparation is tedious and time consuming. The preservation of stuffed parathas based on permitted preservatives and inpack heat sterilization have been developed to stablise the parathas at room temperature for 9-12 months. The product is useful for packed meals & institutional feeding.
