A number of products viz., herbal tea, biscuits, bread, rusks, jam, jelly, juice and squash have been developed by incorporating natural antioxidants (Seabuckthorn & Aloe-vera). Extensive user acceptability trials have been conducted and products have been rated excellent by the trial subjects
