Introduction

Russian company offers technology of pneumatic separator to clean grain from litter, empty and broken grains. Separator is installed before the cleaning complex to clear very polluted grains after combining or in the cleaning complex itself instead of a sifter block. It can be used for flour, groats, and mixed feed production. Separator can also be used to obtain first and second class seeds of different cultures, including oats, wheat, rice, carrots, lucerne, rape.

Separator can work autonomously with standard loading and unloading equipment and also with sifting and stone-separating machines depending on the tasks performed. There are no moving parts except the ventilator in separator construction. It is simple to operate, tune, and readjust when shifting to another culture. Energy consumption is in the limits of 300 watts with a production capacity of 100 kgs/hour.

The separator can be designed and produced for any capacity in the limits of 100-3000 kgs/hour. It is necessary to create the rarefaction up to 4000 Pa. Dimensions of an equipment piece and air consumption depend upon the production capacity and task performed.
