Introduction

Ashgourd juice, Ashgourd - Pudina juice, Pudina - chakota juice, Cucumber juice, Tulsi juice, Betel leaves juice, Beetroot juice etc., were developed and preserved by less thermal treatment and also by irradiation. These Juices are rich souce of minerals and vitamins and posses remarkable health promoting properties. The refreshing thirst quenching juices are quickly absorbed into blood stream, easily digested and also suitable for enteral foods. These juices have a shelf life of 8 month's in polypropylene pouches, glass bottle and polypropylene bottle under ambient conditions.
