Introduction

Chapaties are regularly consumed and staple diet of Indians. Green leafy vegetables are rich source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. The green leafy vegetable chapaties which can give goodness of green leafy vegetable were developed based on fenugreek leaves & spinach. The Chapaties are stable for one year under ambient conditions and useful for packed meals rations.
