Introduction

The product has either cauliflower-potato or cauliflower-green peas in its formulation with added spices and condiments besides oil hydro to match the typical Indian taste. It is processed by employing specially developed dehydration technique to retain fresh colour, texture and aroma. When reconstituted with hot water, this preparation of Indian culinary gives characteristic aroma, taste and texture of freshly prepared curry. This curry-mix can be conveniently dished out either at home or in restaurants within 5-6 minutes of its boiling in water for reconstitution. A definite boon to working and house wives.
