All Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) which have Udyog Vihar Memorandum or EM Part-2 are eligible for Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS). However, MSEs that have already started their commercial production but not completed a year of existence are also eligible to apply. This scheme was launched under the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) with an aim to increase the share of purchases from the small-scale sector.

As NSIC has been facilitating the growth of small-scale enterprises since 1955, it gives you the following benefits through SPRS:-

    • Free issue of Tender Sets
      • Exemption from Earnest Money Deposit payments
      • MSEs quoting within the price band of L1+15 per cent in tender participating will also be permissible
      • Reservation of 358 items for exclusive purchases from Small Scale Industries

MSEs may apply through both online and offline modes by following simple instructions on its website. There is also a registration fee charged depending on your Net Sales Turnover.
